Walmart Health Palestine

Walmart Health Palestine is located next to the Walmart Supercenter in Palestine, Texas. Our location faces TX-256 Loop, and the entrance to our building is just to the right of the "Home & Pharmacy" entrance. Our Health Center is also accessible from inside the Walmart Supercenter, through a door near the Pharmacy within the Health & Beauty section of the store.

An ample amount of free parking is available just outside the entrance to our building, including handicap spaces.

Language assistance services are available free of charge.

Available interpreting services include Arabic, Burmese, Chinese Cantonese, Chinese Mandarin, Farsi, French, Haitian Creole, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Swahili and Vietnamese

Appointments are not required, but we encourage patients to make an appointment on our website or by calling Walmart Health Palestine at 903-729-9501 to decrease your wait time, as walk-in appointments are not guaranteed.
