Walmart Health Tyler is located within the Walmart Supercenter in Tyler, Texas. Our location faces State Highway 64. Our Health Center is only accessible from inside the Walmart Supercenter, through a door near the Pharmacy within the Health & Beauty section of the store.

An ample amount of free parking is available just outside the entrance to our building, including handicap spaces.

Language assistance services are available free of charge.
