Accepted insurance at Walmart Health

If you aren’t sure what type of health insurance plan you have, check your health insurance card or call your health insurance carrier to find out if a Walmart Health provider is in network with your plan.

Walmart Health provides affordable, transparent pricing for key health center services regardless of insurance status. These services include primary care, labs, X-ray, counseling, and dental. Services may vary per location.

If you do not have health insurance or are not using it, under the law you have the right to receive a good faith estimate for the costs of your scheduled services.

To receive a good faith estimate, make sure you:

· Schedule an appointment at least 3 business days in advance. When you schedule care 0-2 business days in advance, you aren’t entitled to get a good faith estimate. When you schedule care 3-9 business days in advance, you’ll get the estimate within 1 business day. When you schedule care 10 or more business days in advance, you’ll get the estimate within 3 business days.

· Ask your provider directly for an estimate if you aren’t given one.

If after receipt of your medical service(s), you receive a bill that exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by $400 or more, you will have the opportunity to dispute the charges. Please make a copy or take a picture of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
