Walmart Health Rogers

We are located next to the Walmart Supercenter in Rogers, Arkansas. Our location faces West Elm Street, and the entrance to our building is on the left side of the Supercenter, between the Garden Center and "Home & Pharmacy" entrance. Our Health Center is also accessible from inside the Walmart Supercenter, through a door near the Pharmacy within the Health & Beauty section of the store.

Ample free parking is available just outside the entrance to the Walmart Health building, including handicap spaces.

Language assistance services are available free of charge.

Interpreting services available include Arabic, Burmese, Chinese Cantonese, Chinese Mandarin, Farsi, French, Haitian Creole, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Swahili & Vietnamese.

We accept most major & many regional medical, behavioral & dental insurance plans, including Medicare & Medicaid. We also provide transparent pricing for cash-paying patients. Insurance plan coverage may vary by location & provider. Please contact your insurance carrier to confirm specific insurance details.

Appointments are not required, but we encourage patients to make an appointment on our website or by calling Walmart Health Rogers at 479-202-7035 to decrease your wait time, as walk-in appointments are not guaranteed.

Our board-certified doctors offer a wide variety of medical services.

Comprehensive primary care services include annual checkups, wellness checks & physicals for school, sports or camp. Your Walmart Health physician can also provide medication refills & chronic condition care.

Urgent Care services are available for Sick & Injury Visits to treat colds, flu, UTIs, rash, stomach pain, back pain, headaches, cuts, fever & injury.

Flu shots & immunizations are available by appointment & walk-ins are also welcome. Plus, there’s no out-of-pocket cost for flu shots with most insurance plans.

Diagnostic lab tests including A1C, lipid test, pregnancy tests, strep tests, flu tests, TB screening tests, drug screenings & more are also available. So is on-site X-ray imaging.

Our licensed dentists provide a full range of dental services, from exams, X-rays, fillings, simple extractions, deep cleanings, dentures & teeth whitening, to root canals, gum therapy & treatment, sealants & fluoride treatments. We have state-of-the-art crown digital impression technology for on-site, same-day crowns & emergency appointments for immediate needs.

Our trained & licensed therapists provide help for depression, anxiety, stress, grief, relationship issues & more. We have sessions for couples & families, as well as groups sessions, both in person & virtually. Our Behavioral Health services are available to individuals six years & older.
