Walmart Health Carrollton is located within the Walmart Supercenter in Carrollton, Georgia. Our location faces US Highway 27. Our Health Center is only accessible from inside the Walmart Supercenter, through a door near the Pharmacy and to the right of the Vision Center.

An ample amount of free parking is available just outside the entrance to our building, including handicap spaces.

Language assistance services are available free of charge.
